never far behind

OHH! it has been like ages since i have last blogged.. been a good 6 months since my last blogged.. As such there are many many things to pen down and complain about too since life never stays stagnant.. even if u are daydreaming things still happen around u.. people smile and people feel sad all the same!

well, its already october and november 6 is my TP!one more month to go! hang in there.. ok i cnt wait for it cos im so going to pass it in one shot. Then im so not going to see my instructor again.. to hell with him man.. im using him to get my lisence and he is using me just to earn more money.. such is the world when people make use of each other for their own gains.. but generally after 6 months of learning, i can safely say i can drive on the road comfortably, albiet the lack of road experience that those people driving for decades have. parking is something that i should then be paying more attention to. looking at the rear, ensuring that the poles do not fall, steering your vehicle into the space allocated..
Nonetheless, i have also seen many people who fail in the first attempt owing to overly strict examiners.. what giving 40 over points in just half an hour is absurd laa! All this just boil down to the great disparity in the standards of the instructors across the board and the expectations of the testers themselves. with that said, i really hope i get a good tester for the first time!! :DD

with the end of the year approaching, another chapter of my life is ending. The NS chapter is ending and yet another more demanding and challenging part of life is about to begin. NS has been... been bitter sweet for me.. yes it allowed me to realise a lot of things that cannot be learnt in the school context. It opens my eyes up to the different walks of life singaporeans come from by meeting new people along the way. It teaches u to deal with unreasonable orders and demanding superiors, which is a foretaste in the working world too.
However it has also been a good break from studying. I have chiong-ed thru upper primary, secondary school and then JC.. mugging thru exams and slogging for the CCA's i have joined.. surprisingly i am able to get almost twice the amount of sleep in NS than i can ever get in JC! thats an achievement no doubt! and now in approx 4 months time, im going to ORD! which means im going back to the cillivian world where not everything goes your way just because ur rank is higher or you are more senior. but where you have to fight for what u really want without of course losing yourself in the process. With a good 2 year break, here i come back better and refreshed than ever.

alas i have to get some sleep now for im booking in in 6 hours time.. till then.. sayonara! :DD
