I'm really not happy over what this bus driver did to me. It happen like 2 wks ago. Having jus finished JC, my EZ-link has alread expired. So when i wanted to buy an adult ez link, the mrt personnel told me it is actually ok not to buy the adult card and i can top up the value of my old ez link and pay the adult fare using my old card.

But one day on the bus, i used my ez link and the bus driver say it has jammed his system and then confiscate my card. like wth lar. How can an ez link card jam his system? He say the card expire mus go buy the adult one. So who is telling me the truth? Isnt there a fixed regulation regarding such issues??!! For nothing i get my card confiscated and it really spoilt my mood for the class outing i was on my way to.

And today when i called the hotline to enquire about this issue, they told me the bus driver hasnt even submitted the card to the head office. Means he is still holding on to my expired card! Even if dun give me back the card i still wan my money back can.. wth such a failure bus driver. tsk tsk
