never far behind

Ahh today was a very long day.. As i type and wait for my hair to dry before i go to slp.. Im really able to appreciate the hair on my head now man! i see the NS guys head really bald dat kind.. woots! sorry guys!:p

Today i went to my frend's church which is near somerset mrt.. It used to be a movie theatre and the pastor which happened to be a women bought it over, did a few revonations and became wat i saw of it today.. But really, the members there are all frm 15 to early 20's and can be said to be purely a youth community. And the way the youth's praise the lord when the band played was defintely a statement of how GOD's grace was still active in the world today.. Following to the pastor, Shirly, and how she eloquently presented the story of the prodical son in a very differnt light to the youth's sitting there. But one thing that struck me was when she questioned what life had to offer every individual one of us. Is it just movie after movie, or just studying and exams after exams or just working and working? At the end of the day, you will question yourself," Is that all in life? Thats all it has in stored for me?" And i am sure we have felt such emptyness before, and the road to MORE will starts with a decision to make god the center of our lives and constantly count our blessings!

After service ended i went to city hall mrt to meet stella to pass her some cd and then wait for andy soo before going to j8 to catch a movie with the threesome-- andy me and kenneth.LOL.. 2 NS guys and one civillian watching movie.. we watched ah long pte ltd! and the show was sure funny with the funny stuff mark lee was doing in the show.. he is a good actor able to act professionally:P can be my idol alr..
but the show was quite worth the money and time cos in certain parts, it clearly reflects the culture and image of singapore in certain scenes lo.. Laughed until my stomach a bit pain man, especially the scene when the gun dropped into mark lee's pants and when they wanted to shoot! funny man, the whole theatre was laughing uncontrolably!LOL!
